At OpenEarth Foundation (OEF), we care about your rights to privacy and are fully committed to maintaining your trust. We provide this Privacy Statement to explain how your information is collected, used, stored and shared so that you feel confident in connecting with OEF both on our website and through social media pages.
OEF does not collect information from you without your knowledge and permission and you will not be asked to enter any personal information to access www.openearth.org. Of course, for some activities on our website, like making an online donation, you will be asked to enter basic identifying information. OEF does not store credit card or other payment information. OEF does not disclose this information to anyone except as needed to process the donation and ensure you are adequately thanked for your support by maintaining a database of donors. Information you provide to OEF is stored in a secure location and is only accessible by designated staff. If you’ve chosen to give a recurring donation, payment methods will be kept by a secure and trusted 3rd party such as PayPal or other such payment transaction partner.

Your credit card information is only used for the purposes of processing your donation. We will not disclose this information except as necessary to process your donation.
